Purrs 'n Pets is a pet-sitting company based in Plymouth, MA, dedicated entirely to cat care. We are experienced with a myriad of feline behaviors, and ensure that each cat or kitten receives attention tailored to their unique personalities.
We pride ourselves on creating a safe and loving environment, allowing cats to feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.
Our Story
Purrs 'n Pets was founded by Christine Fitzgerald, a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for all things feline. Having grown up with cats and shared her home with them ever since, Christine understands just how unique our feline companions can be.
After noticing a lack of local pet sitting services that truly cater to cats, she set out to change that. Combining her love for felines with years of personal and volunteer experience, Christine created Purrs 'n Pets to offer thoughtful, attentive care focused entirely on our whiskered friends.
Christine brings with her two decades of leadership experience in design and tech, from startups to large corporations, and now runs a design studio part time.
When she’s not caring for clients’ kitties, Christine volunteers several times a week at a local cat shelter, giving extra love to cats in need. Her mission is simple: to make sure every cat feels safe, seen, and spoiled—especially when their humans are away.
